Location:
Eyal Levit’s office is located at: 1220 Avenue P at the corner of East 13th Street and Avenue P.
The Facility:
NY Mohs is located on the top floor in a new and very comfortable five-floor therapeutic and diagnostic facility. It is beautifully sited in a safe Midwood area of Brooklyn conveniently located and accessible to public transportation. The office is elevator, wheelchair and stretchair accessible.
By Train:
It is conveniently located near Kings Highway [ Kings Highway and E16 street] train station. B and Q trains run at this station.
By Bus:
There is a B82 and a B7 bus line running down Kings Highway, and a B68 bus line running along Coney Island Avenue, which is two blocks away.
By Car:
If you need driving directions, you may get them at the mapquest link provided below.
Parking:
Street parking: Parking during the day may be difficult on the Street after 9am. It may take about 15 minutes to find a non-metered parking. Alternate street cleaning/parking rules on East 13th street are: Monday 8:30am to 10am and Tuesday 8:30am to 10am.
Municipal Parking Lot:
If you are unable to find street parking, there is a municipal parking lot that is metered located on East 15th St. between Kings Highway & Av R. East 15th St is a one way St. with traffic going from Kings Highway towards Av. P. The Municipal Parking lot is located towards the end of the street as you drive down you will find it on your left.
